Every Indian is now very much surprised to know new rule about Canada Visa. If you are still not aware of this matter then you should know that the Canadian government has changed its visa policy. Officers can work out their decision in determining whether to provide multiple or a single-entry visa and in defining the time period,” declared by the department of Canadian immigration.

In previous month, Marc Miller, the immigration minister said the government of Canada should have acted early to stem the movement of temporary migration into Canada that has led to a housing disaster.

The migration flow became “violent,” Miller expressed their words with Reuters. “It is quite secure to say that we have a specific part of that. Also, it is secure to say, mainly on the arrival of temporary inhabitants, that we possibly should have treated somewhat sooner.” Miller expressed their words as he is aware of the part, Miller and the government can perform in the insight, replicated in polls, that country has a lot of immigrants.

In this new guideline, where Canada ends 10-year multiple-entry visitor visa, Canada expecting over 1 million people on a provisional basis when their visas will expire to leave of their own place in coming years. Canadian government will deport people that do not leave.

Know About Previous Policy

Earlier, IRCC provided two kinds of visas: single entry and multiple entry. Though, candidates did not need to select between them, as all candidates were automatically measured for visas with a multiple-entry scheme. This permitted people to enter Canada as many as times over the validity period of a visa which could range up to 10 years or until the period of one month before the expiry of the passport, whichever condition was first.

For visas with the single-entry scheme, candidates could visit Canada only one time. Generally, these visas were kept for specific reasons, like official visits by overseas nationals qualified for fee exclusions, contribution in one-time actions in Canada, or circumstances ruled by country-specific procedures. Once single-entry visa holders left Canada, generally they would need a new visa to visit Canada again.

Now officers have the choice to assess each candidate separately and elect whether to give a multiple-entry or single-entry visa.
